African Varsities, Russia Sign Pact to Drive Industrial Growth

Many African leaders, who spoke during a plenary session on the second day of the Russia-Africa summit in St Petersburg on Friday, concurred with Russian leader Vladimir Putin that the UN-brokered grain deal did not benefit their countries. 

An agreement has been signed with Russia by members of the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) and African Vice-Chancellors.
