EXPANSION: The Foreign Ministry of Brazil announced on Friday (January 17) that Nigeria has become the ninth official BRICS partner, joining Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Thailand, Uganda, and Uzbekistan.
