The South African Football Association (SAFA) has confirmed Bafana Bafana’s two friendlies next month.
Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has picked a relatively young team in the preliminary squad for the friendlies in a bid to create a bigger pool from which to select players.
The final list of 23 players will be announced this week.
South Africa’s senior football team will face Tanzania at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo, on Friday, 6 June 2025. Kick off for this match is set for 19H30.
Four days later, on Tuesday, 10 June, Bafana Bafana will welcome neighbours Mozambique to the Loftus Stadium, but the kick-off time is not confirmed yet.
The team will report for camp in Johannesburg on Sunday, 1 June and then travel to Polokwane on the same day.
