Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has joined Turkish club Trabzonspor on loan for the duration of the 2025/26 season, subject to international clearance and registration.
The 29-year-old Cameroon international has had a troubled stay at Old Trafford since joining the Red Devils from Inter Milan in 2023.
Onana played 102 matches for United, keeping only 24 clean sheets and letting in 150 goals, making 18 unforced errors that resulted in goals against United.
“The move has been completed ahead of the Turkish transfer window closing on Friday. We would like to wish Andre good luck,” confirmed United.
Onana’s departure to Trabzonspor comes at a time when he was now third in the pecking order at United, behind Altay Bayindir and new signing, Senne Lammens.
