German coach Sead Ramovic has ended his stay at CR Belouizdad, departing as the longest-serving coach in the club’s history.
Ramovic, who previously worked for TS Galaxy in South Africa, has parted ways with the Algerian outfit, having guided them in 57 matches: 32 wins, 16 draws, 9 defeats.
During his spell, he also led the club to a historic run in the CAF Confederation Cup, reaching the semi-finals, but was suspended recently due to poor results in the League.
The suspension meant he could not sit on the bench, as CR Belouizdad faltered in the last four, losing to Egyptian side Zamalek to bow out of the tournament.
Ramovic arrived at CR Belouizdad from Tanzanian side Young Africans in May 2025.
He is expected to approach the world football governing body FIFA to file for unfair dismissal and unpaid salaries, as per reports.
