South Africa’s Patrice Motsepe has retained his position as CAF President for four more years until 2029. Motsepe, a billionaire with mining interests, has been at the helm since March 2021 and on Wednesday, he was re-elected at the 14th CAF Extraordinary General Assembly in Cairo, Egypt.
