One of the Premier Soccer League’s consistent performers, Keletso Makgalwa, has made the final squad for Bafana Bafana’s friendly against Zambia next Saturday.
The 28-year-old has been knocking on the senior national team door since last season, with some fine performances in the colours of Sekhukhune United, and has now earned his first call-up.
The winger was a nominee for the PSL Footballer of the Season 2024/25 season, contributing six goals and 11 assists in 32 matches for Babina Noko.
This season, the former Mamelodi Sundowns forward is on four assists in 11 outings across all competitions.
Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has largely kept faith in the regulars, but there’s another notable inclusion in Orlando Pirates midfielder Masindi Nemtajela, who has starred in 10 games for the Buccaneers this season.
The match against Zambia will be at the Nelson Mandela Stadium on 15 November, with kick off set for 18H00.
