Spain will face Portugal in the Nations League final in Munich on Sunday.
Lamine Yamal of Spain scored twice in a nine-goal thriller to fire his side into the Nations League final, beating France 5-4 in Thursday’s semi-final clash.
The two sides battled it out at the MHP Arena in Stuttgart, with Spain leading 5-1 after the hour mark, and France, with Kylian Mbappe in their corner, rallied back to score three, but the final whistle stopped them in their tracks.
On Wednesday, Portugal fought back from a goal down to beat home team Germany 2-1 at the Allianz Arena in Munich, with Cristiano Ronaldo on the scoresheet for his 137th international goal.
For the decider, the spotlight falls on rising star Yamal and Ronaldo – one of the best players in history – to see who comes out on top.
Portugal (2019 winners) and Spain (2023) are bidding to become the first team to win the tournament twice.
