UK triple murder accused Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma has pleaded guilty to charges relating to the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and contravention of South Africa’s Immigration Act.
Tshuma appeared under heavy police guard at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, where his guilty plea was entered in terms of a Section 105A agreement between the State and the defence.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has extended his condolences to Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan following the death of her husband, Hafidh Ameir Hassan.
Hassan, 71, died on Monday, 7 September 2026, while receiving treatment for a cardiac condition.
Ramaphosa, who is currently chairperson of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), expressed his condolences to President Hassan, her children, extended family and friends.
Hafidh Hassan had a career in agriculture and was an agricultural academic and agriculturalist.
SPPSA Offers R200,000 Reward After Deadly Mamelodi CIT Robbery
The Security and Protection Services Association of South Africa (SPPSA) has offered a R200 000 reward for information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of those responsible for a deadly cash-in-transit (CIT) robbery in Mamelodi East, Pretoria.
The organisation strongly condemned the attack, describing it as a violent and reckless incident that resulted in the deaths of two security officers.
Another security officer was seriously injured and remains in hospital, according to SPPSA.

R800k Cocaine Seized as Second Alleged Drug Mule Arrested at OR Tambo
Police have arrested a 45-year-old man and seized about two kilograms of cocaine worth more than R800 000 at OR Tambo International Airport, marking the second alleged drug mule arrested at the airport in four days.
The suspect was intercepted on Monday, 7 September, following intelligence-led information received by the South African Police Service (SAPS).
According to police, the man was allegedly travelling to Hong Kong, China, when he was stopped at the airport.
