HANGZHOU, Sep. 04 (Xinhua) — China stands ready to work with all Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies to build a more stable food security system, Chinese Vice Premier Liu Guozhong said on Tuesday.

Two major roads in Limpopo were temporarily closed on Friday morning following separate motor vehicle accidents, causing traffic disruptions and prompting authorities to urge motorists to exercise extreme caution.
