The University of South Africa (UNISA) and the North West Department of Education are collaborating on a pilot program to empower high school learners to make informed career choices as early as Grade 9.

The leader of Economic Freedom Fighters in Limpopo, Lawrence Mapoulo, has accused Premier Phophi Ramathuba and Legislature Speaker Makoma Makhurupetje of tribalism and nepotism, alleging they only hire Vhavenda and Balobedu in their offices at the expense of Bapedi and Vatsonga-speaking people.

Mapoulo addressed his party members during a service delivery march outside the Office of the Premier on Wednesday, November 13. In a video circulating on social media, Mapoulo is heard pointing accusing fingers at Ramathuba and Makhurupetje.

Kwazulu-Natal police, led by Provincial Commissioner General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, have raided a factory in which expired and contaminated food items are stored before distribution to the various wholesalers and spaza shops. The former minister of the South African Police Service (SAPS), Bheki Cele, has shed more light about the criminal incidents that have happened at his home since he left office.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) has lost another prominent member after she resigned from its ranks and surrendered her seat in the National Council of Provinces in Cape Town.

Nolubabalo “Babsie” Mcinga resigned today.
